VariVac™ gives you the control that you need in a low vacuum wound drainage system.

VariVac Wound Drainage System is a low flow system with variable suction from 0kpa -15kpa and is compatible with most other wound drainage systems.

Introduction to VariVac Wound Drainage System 

VariVac™ Canister

VariVac allows different levels of vacuum to the wound site and adjustability without breaking into the system.

Vacuum levels are easily adjusted using the dial on the top of the canister

Range is easily adjustable between the approximate settings below:

P = Gravity Passive 0kPa
I = 5kPa (37mmHg)
II = 10kPa (75mmHg)
III = 15kPa (113mmHg)

VariVac can be easily adjusted at anytime to your desired flow rate.

VariVac™ VariBlake

VariBlake has been designed specifically to work with the VariVac system. The design of the VariBlake means that its four flow channels provide greater tissue contact and less trauma when the drain is removed while no holes means less ingrowth and reduced risk of occlusion.

Thumb Grip Trocar

The Patented "Thumb Grip Trocar" gives the Surgeon more control which helps prevent needlestick injuries during insertion.

One or Two-Piece Design

Softer more compliant channel section inside the patient with a more rigid tube outside the patient that resists kinking.

Multiple Options

Available in round or flat, with or without a Thumb Grip Trocar.

Versatile

Supplied double-wrapped sterile and fits most wound drainage systems.

Recommended

Recommended for use with VariVac.

Other Features

Has a visible skin mark and a low-profile connection site and radio-opaque.
